In 2022, Wilmington Fertility Center opened its doors in North Carolina. Backed by Boston IVF, we had to establish a presence from scratch—including on social media.

Unlike other centers in the Boston IVF network, we had no history or user-generated content. Instead, we focused on establishing our brand identity while highlighting our services and what makes us unique. We focused on the convenience factor since Raleigh was previously the closest fertility center for Wilmington residents at two hours away. We also focused on how Wilmington Fertility Center is backed by Boston IVF, one of the industry leaders in reproductive technology, to assure prospective patients they are in the best hands.
